I like the terms Community workgroups and Project workgroups to distinguish the two types. We'll try them out and see whether or not they effectively convey our meanings.

Yip -- let's see what the community think.

I was pushing to make the 30 July reporting deadline --- and our respective time zones are not too well synced if I'm working late at night -- so didn't think you'd be able to respond to the discussion post till now.
