Query about submission dates

Clarify assignment submissions. Under OERu model learner submits full assessment when requesting assessment - -rather than submission at the specified dates. Under the OERu model, I suggest we state that these are recommended dates for working on the assignments. If the course is offered in parallel mode -- fee paying students would submit on these dates.
