We have started to think about the project positioning. However, we need more information, and maybe a SWOT analysis, CBC Corporate strategy, market intelligence, govt policy, competition and all.
Ok JC. I spoke to luisa earlier this week. She's willing to help with such general info. As soon as our templates are out she can fill in small gaps such as those. I've also been to their website which provides info similar to your questions. The link is below:
Thanks for the link, but would be helpful to have a 2 page information on key company set up. Thats basically what will make up our abnalysis. I am happy to summarise question sthat we need to be able to comed up with a meaningful analysis. Hopefully we can avoid coming up with a generic document.

Dear Lions, what ever information you need, let's be clear maybe Victor can consolidate and I can request the CBC staff to give it to you some of it I have with me so do not go broad on what you want please go specific. As i highlighted i was totally lost so we did not do anything but we will be ready with our staff by Tuesday or Wednesday.Its my apology.
Ok Hove. I'd like to send this to Prof Rajah on Wednesday. Lets try to complete this by Tuesday so Victor can consolidate it and we send on Wednesday. Hove Shungu sent me something a couple of minutes ago. I've advised her that we will not consider it till we get a consolidate effort from both of you. I doubt that you've gone through it. Please see my e-mails. We need team efforts.
I think ours is ok but i also think we need to read the staff more thoroughly such that we get therequired information such as Macro, micro and market environments.
