Playing around with css and tables for the print version
I have created some table classes in common.css called idevicetable and ideviceinnertable. This was an attempt to make it possible to have a nice border and spacing in the idevice. This does not seem to be working so far. If I use one of the new classes and prettytable class I get a border for the prettytable part. Unfortunately, when I use idevicetable and ideviceinnertable together the pdf aggregation tool forgets the border.
The pdf aggregation tool also does not seem to respect width, font-size, align and probably others.
