It's in a good form, and Victor has taken time to improve it. So yes i can say it has moved on from WIP to a final form. But your comments will be greatly appreciated.
ok, Lions let's send in comments shortly so that the various teams can quickly ammend their sections. JC I'll try to send in my thoughts by tommorrow.
