Spiral Bound Copies
We need to submit a spiral bound copy of this assignment. I spoke to Talana and let her know that we will definitely upload the assignment on time, but since we are an EDS group we need grace period to post our assignment to SBL. She asked me to put my concerns in writing. I’ll be doing this shortly.
Comments & Edits
Guys lets respond quickly to suggested improvements and have a final draft out by Friday 22 July. I will be following up with each of you on your comments on other team members circulations. This has to be a team effort. Victor should have Draft 1 up by tomorrow (that is if you supply him with your final drafts). Kindly respond on other sections and finalise your personal section by Friday 22 July.
Thanks for the hard work so far. It hasn’t been easy, but let’s finish our groupwork in style. We already have 75% in the bag. Lets not reduce this mark with sloppy work.

I've just circulated half the section which I was working on 5.1 to 5.4. It has some questions I need Luisa to help me with. I still need to get her sub section and add to mine

Does anyone have an organizational structure. We cant really do a complete analysis of the Project environment without it

Have you agreed to both proceed with the table format. Please remember that this is the meat of the assignment. You can't fumble on this one. When is our first draft coming out. Is it possible for you to call luisa...
I know she's travelling right now...but we're late and you will need to be more agressive about how you collect your info.

Am concerned that we are analysing CBC rather than the project itself. Our academic lecturer stressed this element so much. Please make your final analysis relevant to the project. I will send through somemore comments later today. Hove I know you're struggling with your computer, but please give your thoughts once on line. Victor I know they've been copying you in here. Have you read thru this section..any comments
Good document from Hove, anf agreed, we can do better with more focus on the PET project.

Hi Guys. Iam sorry iam very late i had a problem with my computer. I do not think i have can say much about our phase but i value what you guys are saying. I think we will have to re-look on it again such that it can be aligned accordingly.
Hove, thanks for the great effort...there's still a bit more work to do here. As I said when we begun, your Phase 1 is the first section the lecturer will see...it sets the tempo and we have to make sure its perfect.

Victor and I have issued our revised draft report. We welcome your comments, and we will continue to improve areas we think are lacking. We have exchnaged emails with Victor on thatm adn will definitely do with the team's input. I know Calvin has raised issues on duplication, which is an area we will need to tackle as a group, and see how best we can streamline the complete report.
We've had a lot of WIP's. Is this an official draft 1 from you guys...
It's in a good form, and Victor has taken time to improve it. So yes i can say it has moved on from WIP to a final form. But your comments will be greatly appreciated.
