Order for presentation of layers
The three layers are presented in a different order in the intro text as compared to the body text. My first choice is to work through the layers from the bottom to the top (legal, deed, machine-readable). Although beginning with the deed has some appeal. Whichever we choose, I suggest it be consistently presented.
