Only music?
I suspect we need to find more than music-related repositories.
The possible range is apparent via Humanities on Wikipedia and Wikiversity.
Any ideas?

It might be worth considering links to "General" repositories for some specific areas.
Recommend: change the opening line from "Much of the humanities repositories center around music. For a list of open books, see Open Textbooks." to something like
- The humanities cover a wide range of disciplines and the Internet is not short of related pages. However, for this edition of the handbook we did not find many OER repositories dedicated to the humanities. The few we did find, mostly music-related, are listed below. The reader is referred to the general repositories (such as Wikiversity[1] and Connections ...) which cover a broad spectrum of topics under "Humanities".
