My response to the editorial comment: You are correct, Irfanview is not an open source product. I use it because it is versatile, easier to use than photoshop, and free. I would very much welcome any suggestions for alternative software that is FOSS. Thanks for the comment. dmccabe 23:36, 10 March 2009 (UTC)
