My Sandbox Exercises - duplicates

Hi Wayne, I have been doing headings and subheadings in my sandbox, and yes I can see the table of contents navigation box appearing as well, but when seeing my table of contents, there are duplicates of what I am doing?...is there anything wrong with my syntax??
