If the exam system tends to support memory and reproduction, then it is difficult to motivate teachers to do things in class that do not gear towards the system. Yet, some MI activities can be demonstrated to the teachers in their class so they can see how their learners work through the activities matching their intelligence type/s and gaining more from a lesson. The teachers may feel motivated to some MI activities for the benifit of their learners.
