More than one organization in copyright?

Its a good question :-)
Irwin is correct that we would normally attribute the latest in line as Saylor in this case should have correctly attributed the original source.
However in this case (for ethical reasons) I would attribute both organisations with appropriate wording. Eg Course adapted from Saylor & Source files provided by Washington State.
For OERu course components I'm proposing:
- A copyright page for the key component resources, using the copyright template created for this purpose. See for example this copyright page for the AST1000 course guide. (You could include a 2nd template on the copyright page of your corresponding resource for the 2nd Washington State attribution.
- Note that the navigation template TopicsWithSubpages includes a note parameter for inserting a link to the relevant copyright page.
- When uploading the text for the first time -- Say copyright Saylor with link with resources from Washington state.
