Learning Contract text format

Facilitators,

The Learning Contract Text was not available in my user page.I tried to copy it from the 
Learning for Content Boiler plate text.But only the content was possible to copy,the table was not 
coming earlier.But on trying again it is seen that only the heading is getting copieid.Pl. give directions 
for copying the contract.
