Wonderful information. Nicely presented and well written. I'm wondering if you've considered creating an instructional tutorial that could be used for independent learning. I don't know if something like that already exists on the internet, but if it doesn't, such a tutorial could be a useful learning resource. Or, maybe you have other plans for this information. I'm interested to know.

One suggestion is to create a subpage called "Learning design" where you could explore considerations such as who is the audience, what structure might be best, what sort of assessment makes sense, etc. I am in the beginning stages of developing a resource for learning OpenOffice Calc. At the bottom of the main page, I included a link to a learning design subpage in which I wrote out my ideas about designing the learning material. I used a set of questions that I found at Template:LDBlueprint.

You've done some very good work here. I am happy to help you think about learning design, as needed.
