With reference to your questions.
Design principles will be covered in the Learning and Teaching in Practice course of the Graduate Diploma in Tertiary Education. The Open Education Practice elective does not focus specifically on design principles per se, but within the context of the full credential learners will apply what they've learned about design in the OEP elective.
The detailed course outline provides more information on the assignments. Learners will be expected to complete a reflective journal entry each week by posting on their course blog. Learners will then choose their best reflections for inclusion in each of the assignments.
