*My expectations are indeed being met with an added challenge as to how i will use the newly acquired skills to further my
cause. I am very expectant to see how we (participants to this workshop) will collaborate in the development of free
content and promotion of open resources. *I would like to propose that at the end of this training, we set and agree on some timelines/milestones in which we
will develop at least one free learning resource.

You have hit the ball on a very good point! Miilestones are good for all of us - as a challenge for us to develop ourselves; as a motivator us to acheive our set targets and a clearer way of letting us know if we are getting to our destination(s) or not.
