Really appreciate the detailed feedback and we will definitely take this into consideration if there is a subsequent iteration. Incremental improvement as we move forward.
The current questionnaire represents the best we could achieve after multiple iterations and refinements from the editing team.
Yes-- the results file does keep track of all further comments and suggestions -- but not displayed in the summary version.
