Selection can be done through open voting of the nominations (in favour of and against) by the WikiEducators. As usual vote- in- favour- of should be more for selection. We can also propose that at least two votes in- favour- of should be from existing Administrators. These procedures have to be explained in a separate document, I mean, guidelines for selection.
