Announcing an OER birthday list

OER is an ecosystem. Not everything in it is a milestone, but everything has a birthday (and eventually an obituary). So, I've started another page to list the start of everything OER: anything in the OER movement/ecosystem that has come to life so far. This birthday list celebrates it birth, when it first arrived in physical space; not the date of conception, but the date when it first entered the world.
