Paul your suggestions are great. I will make the changes.--Bronwynh 04:37, 21 August 2013 (UTC)

Be great to include either Bret or Amelia in each dimension.
Absolutely agree - I'd love it if you could show me an example of how this could be done.

Dim5: 'participate in a social learning environment (known as constructivist theory of learning)' might be better as 'participate in a social learning environment (in accordance with the constructivist theory of learning)' Yep

Dim5: what about learning conversations with learners? eg see http://www.verso.co.nz/professional-development/1032/open-teaching-sharing-responsibility-for-the-learning-process/

Love it

Dim6: 'Nothing like innovation to stimulate reflective practice.' might be better as 'Innovation is very effective in stimulating reflective practice. ' Yep

Dim7: might be good to include something on being inclusive in relation to culture, gender, disability etc. Also incorporation and recognition of prior experience and a degree of choice eg assessment topics (case studies etc) - will do

Dim8: might need to explain 'self-efficacy' - will do

Dim8: 'However, in New Zealand no such standards exist and by gaining a tertiary teaching qualification, teachers are on the right path since specific criteria must be met in the graduate profile. ' might be better as 'Although there are no universally-accepted national standards for tertiary teaching in New Zealand, by gaining a tertiary teaching qualification teachers do need to meet the specific criteria specified in the graduate profile.' Or maybe this should be split into two sentences?
will do as one sentence

Dim9: re usefulness of one-off workshops - this link might be helpful: http://www.verso.co.nz/tag/professional-development/ Yep
