HI all, my names are Paul K Sang from Kenya, a lecturer at Kenyatta university, school of business and also head of Management science department also a member of Centre for Entreprenuership and enterprice development at Kenyatta University. My definition of youth is someone between 18years and 30 years,this are people who are getting to know more about life challenges, this the age bracket where most of the people finish their school, and enter into meaningfully contribution to the society.
