Firstly, on behalf of the SABs i would like to apologise for the inconvinience which we might have caused because we promised to email the questionaire latest Tuesday but it was only emailed today. We are on track. We had a conference call between the three of us and we will manage to give the 1st draft by the 24th as promised. We need you guys to speed with the interviews such that we put our things together in time. Again my apology!!

thanks for the questionnaires, it might be really challenging to get people to attend to it in such a short space of time though, please make allowances for possible delays.
