Hi Wayne,
I have added in parameters for TopMargin and BottomMargin in the calls to the Activity2 templates(I have not modified the Objectives template yet).
I see roughly the same spacing between the bottom of the Objectives template and Activity 1, the bottom of Activity1 and the text, and finally the text and Activity 2. There is still a large space between the top of Objectives and the initial paragraph. Can you confirm?

I confirm that I'm seeing what you see in my Firefox on Linux. Have you tested IE?
Can you give me a quick heads up on the changes you made -- I'll see if I can find a gap tonight to get these changes filtered through on all our pedagogical templates.
