Strategic Objective for Maori Learners

This needs to align with the MSF. What the MSF says is: "To provide a learning environment that attracts and supports Maori learners and facilitates their success" So, this is what should go in the T&L Strategy. Then the actions and success indicators that are also in the MSF should follow.
