There was a discussion about whether or not to include the OEP (Open Educational Pedagogy) in the previous section (Open Education). Ultimately we chose to give it its own page. Pedagogy is concerned with the creation and use of the material rather than the issues of availability and distribution. Of course, Open Pedagogy requires discussions of these topics, we thought it was important enough to warrant a new section. Please feel free to comment for or against.
This was something I was worried about when working on the pedagogy section, but as you mentioned, its two different aspects that are very strongly linked together. Each can have their own deep discussion about methods and implications, so I agree with splitting it into two. Not sure what everyone else things, so please comment with your opinions or advice on how to make it better!
