1. Globally, an accredited Institute credits are recognized , however a generic skill, knowledge certification by OERu needs to evolve. The skills can have different levels from novice intermediate expert and master level ( similar to certification used in wikieducator) Thus for the same subject there can be multiple certifications. 2. The OERu through competency tests can match the credit levels benched marked by them to give equivalent credits. 3. Subsequently with time with global mutual MOUs the equivalence can emerge
