Languages spoken

For the question: what Languages do you speak? I think one could recommend 2 "standards" One is Wikipedia's Babel system: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Babel the other is something based on the EU's Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Learning, Teaching, Assessment http://www.coe.int/t/dg4/linguistic/CADRE_EN.asp Particularly as this is used for the Europass CV (http://europass.cedefop.europa.eu/europass/preview.action) The latter is focused on European lanaguages I think, which is not enough for our needs but, is a good example to follow and/or be inspired by
