Talk:EntropyLesson1/Archive
Dear Henry -
This is looking good. I see that you used one or two templates that are not defined yet. For example you used {{LEARNING OUTCOMES. bla bla}} (Ignore the nowiki syntax).
I fixed this - you can go to the main article link above and click on edit link to see the syntax I used.
There is a full list of available templates from the help link in the navigation bar on the left or you can go directly here - http://www.wikieducator.org/Quickstart_guide/pedagogical_templates.
If there are any templates that are needed - I'm sure that Nicholas can help with creating them. Keep up the excellent work ... --Mackiwg 17:08, 6 February 2007 (CET)
Excellent progress ...
Hi FLOSS4Edu in East Africa -
This is looking good! - I'm wondering whether this tutorial should be sub-divided into sections with different pages. Take a look at how we structure the Newbie tutorials for ideas. You can then develop a navigation template to help folk find their way through the materials --Mackiwg 08:11, 20 February 2007 (CET)
Integrating activities
Its also worthwhile considering the integration of activities as the lesson progesses, rather than doing everything at the end.
A good lecturer will ask a question for students to think about while progressing through the content, so you may want to use:
Or perhaps a discussion question ...
A few ideas to get you going. Be innovative and have fun! --Mackiwg 08:17, 20 February 2007 (CET)
