Group Secretary

We need to nominate a group secretary. According to the charter, His / Her role will be to:

  • Be a proxy for the Group Leader in cases of unavailability amongst other secretarial duties.
  • If Lions are in agreement, I suggest that this be the same person to be secretary for the Field Assignment (Assignment II)

Can we have nominations? Victor’s name has up, but we need him to confirm.

I have already accepted the nomination as secretary for assignment 1. I guess that will be ok for now plus my role of providing technical assistance and IT support to all. Is that fine by members?

If iam not mistaken Evelyn said she will not be part of the Lions group, the rest of the guys they are not available but i think everyone has a role to play such as contributing for the assignment
