I think it's better to have introductory text before the first header on a page. It seems to me that the text under the first header "Maximizing..." works well enough on this page without the header. Just a suggestion.

Hi Alison,
Thanks for your feedback. I agree, intro text before a heading is good practice. However, with the new snapshot approach where we generate a page for a static website, the level one heading replaces the page title in the snapshot view, hence the deviation from our usual practice.

While that may be one of the current implementations, it isn't a requirement of the snapshot approach.
