Talk:Customer Care

In Namibia our unit standard and cirriculum module, are two different documents. We have just finished developing this unit standard on Customer Care, so I've copied it here - just delete it if this was not what I was supposed to do. I will be travelling around the country next week in accordance with our NQA rules, to explain this unit standard to tour guides throughout the country and get their input and feedback for a set of 27 unit standards we've developed.
