Use of learning pathway as subheading is confusing | 0 | 17:48, 19 January 2015 |
In the main learning pathway section, the use of learning pathway as a subheading of the learning pathway is confusing.
I can see what you're intending - its a good design, but I think you can tweak the layout and structure a little to improve the UX. Eg, break down your pages into smaller units.
The big ideas is the learning pathway which includes: "Openness and OEP", "Open learning pedagogies" etc.
Why not break the pathway down as follows:
- Introduction: Key concepts and big ideas
- Introduce yourself (On this page only have the introduction activity)
- Overview (On this this page introduce the reading activity - "Gestalt")
- Openness and OEP
- Open Learning pedagogies
- Locating OER
- Creating OER
- Gaining credit for OER
- Discussion (i.e. have a separate page for your discussion activity)
I think this will improve navigation.
