Notes relating to my changes

Trying to keep response time down to a minimum and also assuming lowest common nominator in terms of ICT skills, I've made the following changes

Finding out about WIkiEd

Hi Wayne,

Yes, I agree - for a Newbie, it might be somewhat premature.

In my notes to White Eagle, I suggested that he have several surveys, at different intervals. For example, the 2nd survey might focus more on strengths and weaknesses of WikiEd (maybe as compared to diff. technologies). This might be for his survey, or using the 2nd survey questions targeted to an intermediate or advanced user.
