- We talked about Deliberate Practice and how successful people achieved. At the same time we debated the existence of Talent. Dmitry Vyazelenko had strong opinion that hard work wins over natural talent. To prove his idea he recommends looking into the following resources:
- We discussed the subject of Women Developers and the influence of culture and genes
- We discussed the importance of a stimulating environment
- How to become experts
All in all, a very interesting discussion.
