Samoa/Schoolnet workshop/meet schoolnet/Vaitele Uta

Vaitele-Uta has brought several members of the staff to hear about current School Net topics. Of those in attendance we have a teacher of Year 8, a local administrative assistant to the computer lab, a Peace Corps Volunteer and a local volunteer currently learning how to maintain the computer lab.

Vaitele-Uta was part of the pilot School Net project in Samoa and currently have 2 computers functioning as Thinnet client servers. They are currently working off of a Windows Server 2003 solution.
