Recommendation 3 Best-evidence synthesis

Recommendation 3. We recommend that the Government consider whether it commissions an iterative best-evidence synthesis of digital learning and pedagogies.

Comment: All organisational management activities should be actively monitored and measured on an ongoing basis. What is needed is to study what is being done, how it varies between institutions and Lessons Learned from actual practice.
