Recommendation 18 Creative Commons licensing

Recommendation 18. We recommend that the Government consider the advantages and disadvantages of whether all documentation produced by the Ministry of Education for teaching and learning purposes should be released under a Creative Commons licence.

Comment: The major question here must be Why not?
There are standard facilities to allow collaboration and moderation including wikis and public commentaries.
