Recommendation 13 Cyber-bullying and inappropriate content

Recommendation 13. We recommend that the Government ensure that policies and guidance are developed to help prevent cyber-bullying and inappropriate online content.

Comment: This area is critical – It is already addressed by Netsafe – but needs legislation and funding.
