After my Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications, I joined Indian Air Force. After my tenure of six years, I worked in Project Implementation of Telecommunications Projects. I realized I had passion for Computers and did software development projects. Since last ten years I am associated with Education Sector. I was involvoled in Institution building projects, Campus Radio Projects and Portal Development Projects. I am pursuing my Masters degree from a National Institute NITTTR, Bhopal and my area of interest is e-learning . My present focus is competency development in the following:
Technology
- Use of Open Source Resource (Moodle, Joomla as Learning Platforms, wikieducator, e-learning)
- Creation of SCORM compliant course ware using open source tools.
- Development of Learning Resources
- Learning about Web Technologies
Pedagogy for online learning
- Present focus is content creation which is the most important activity
- Styles, steps for content presentation
- Communication with learners and evaluation of learning
