This portal seems like a really good idea, but it isn't being used actively.
The name wasn't specific enough, so I changed/moved it to "Secondary Education"
How come all the child pages did not get moved? That didn't come up as an option. I have moved some by hand, but this has big risks for breaking connections and creating orphan pages.
The Primary portal is in a similar state, and could also benefit from some attention.
