Hallo everyone,

On behalf of the UNESCO-COL OER Chair network, we extend a very warm welcome to all OCL4Ed 13.09 participants and the new registrations over the past few days.

If you joined us recently, just a quick note to say that you may have missed the 1st Pre-course announcement. We post copies of all course announcements on the Course Dashboard -- please read these instructions to assist you in preparing for the course.
