Open curriculum includes: The learning outcomes and graduate profiles, OER learning resources Open textbooks Open access research materials used in learning programs Qualification frameworks (unless a separate logic model component is deemed necessary)

  • Availability of existing OER under free cultural works licenses
  • National/international economic needs
  • Endangered species courses -- i.e low enrolment courses which are potentially sustainable through collaborative OER development (long tail)
