Carry out a PEST analysis for a tour operator
Task
Form two groups and carry out one of the following tasks:
1. Kawarau Rafting in Queenstown who are wanting to diversify and expand their operation - come up with some ideas for diversification and complete a PESTEL analysis for their marketing plan
2. Skyline Luge is thinking about expanding their operation but is unsure whether to go ahead or not. Carry out a PESTEL analysis which may help them set their strategic goals.
