As part of your marketing assignment you have to complete a competitor analysis for your B&B. Research and answer the following questions for this activity. Set it out in an appropriate format and you will have done it. Now put it into your marketing plan.

1. Define the scope and nature of your business

3. Describe their strengths and weakness

4. What are their points of difference (what makes them different)
