Please define the required competencies for this module. Keep in mind, that the required competences are on two levels: The competences of the teacher-trainers, to DO the ePortfolio process him/herself, the competence to ADVISE learners to implement the ePortfolio process. |
Competences, required by the teacher-trainers, to DO the ePortfolio process:
- be well-acquainted with general aims and advantages of e-portfolio usage;
- be able to create own e-portfolio and know how to use it;
- be aware of variety of media, tools and services that can be used for e-portfolio creation;
- has knowledge about factors influence the structure of e-portfolio;
- demonstrates knowledge about specific purposes and milestones of reflection ePortfolio;
- be aware of what technical skills can be developed through the creation and use of portfolio;
Competences, required by the teacher-trainers, to ADVISE learners to implement the ePortfolio process
- understanding of how e-portfolio can be used for reflections one's own learning;
- knowledge about specific purposes and milestones of reflection ePortfolio;
- be aware of strategies to stimulate learners to reflect on their own learning process/progress;
- knowledge about different levels of reflection: self-reflection, reflection with peers, reflection with tutors;
- understanding of how the learning environment affects the students ability to reflect in a self confident way;
