Upon completion of this unit you will be able to:
Demonstrate an understanding of the terms and concepts as they relate to anger management
Demonstrate an understanding of the processes involved in anger management
Demonstrate an understanding of the various types of anger management strategies
Practise the steps of anger management.
Reflection
Brainstorm and define what constitutes ‘anger’.
Think about what makes you angry – your triggers, things that irritate you.
Think about your behaviour/reaction to your triggers.
