  • Use the Magnifing Glass to look closely at the labels of the foods in the picture.
  • Can you identify any positive and negative ingredients?
  • Based on the Nutritional Facts on the labels, which one(s) of these foods are of the most nutritional value?

Unit summary

In this unit you learned about the importance of water, how to create and implement a balanced diet and the benefits of maintaining a balanced diet. You are now equipped with adequate information to assist in deciding what foods are nutritious and which are not despite the socio-cultural norms and customs.
