- Knowing Learners to enable tailor made profiles
- Build advocacy
Narrative summary of what will be done
The purpose of this proposal for action is to implement suitable ways of building capacity for OER users and to promote provision open learning and quality distance education. The proposal will also contribute to the provision of more equitable access to quality education through open learning using OER.
