What's happening towards, during and after Iced Tea in Crete 2012?

Convening such an event

I just updated the issue tracker to close it off. It's purpose (paradoxically) is to help "disorganisers" keep track of what needs to be done to make it happen. Moreover, it is a key part of capturing the learning about how to convene such an event (Iced Tea in Crete being a case in point).

In this respect, the most pertinent pages are:

The open spaces page: http://wikieducator.org/Iced_Tea_in_Crete_2012:Open_Spaces

The check list (an issue tracker): http://wikieducator.org/Iced_Tea_in_Crete_2012:Organization

and the "Reflecting Forward" page: http://wikieducator.org/Iced_Tea_in_Crete_2012:Reflecting_Forward (please edit this one and note the links on the right and links therein to 2011)

When it's over it's over

Session reports are being prepared via the Space-time matrix and a fairly minimal gallery captures some of the flavour of what happened in Crete.

The Iced Tea in Crete 2012 and 2011 areas on WikiEducator serve as a case study of OST enabling one to learn how to do Open Spaces Unconferences - not only for learning about Java ... but almost anything.
