Key decisions and action items

  1. Glossary:
    • Use definition syntax for glossary (see for example glossary for budget learning pathway)
    • Each learning pathway will incorporate a glossary for key terms used in that pathway in addition to the full course glossary at the end of the course.
    • Terms should be listed alphabetically.
  2. Confirmed principle of rough consensus and running code - team members are welcome to add suggestions and improvements on course pages directly in the wiki. SMEs should review content pages for accuracy, quality etc.
  3. Agreed to split Procurement and Quality learning pathway into separate pathways - Done - Claire has adapted the course outline
  4. Images
    • Pages requiring images should be noted (for example using the {{Image needed}} template) in addition to the suggested images page
    • Noted that each image pages lists the pages in the wiki using the image to avoid duplication and Carol has added a caption to indicate which of the suggested images have already been used in the course.
  5. Timeline
    • Confirmed that the course must be completed by year end.
    • Noted the need to progress the "chunking" of readings for individual pages in the wiki to enable Carol to populate with drafts for review.
    • Ray will schedule two all-day sprints to progress.
    • Team agreed to meet fortnightly on this Tuesday time slot - Carol will send calendar invite. Done
